This is a used cabinet in excellent condition.  This cabinet was used in a warehouse environment.  Insurance company/fire inspector for commercial or residential (your basement or garage) would be happy with this cabinet.

Buyer is responsible for shipping and $25.00 crating cost or picked-up.
