Custom Press:  Serger Cone Sewing Organizer Fixture

This fixture was designed and built to pneumatically press dowels into wood in the manufacturing of the product shown below, which is a Serger Cone Sewing Organizer.

Serger Fixture consists of the following and as pictured:

●                      2 ea. 1-1/4" Chrome rods

●                      2 ea. 1-1/4" Simplicity Bearings

●                      Multi-Power Fabco-Air Cylinder, MLR 4 x 2-2-1-PM,  4" bore, 2" stroke,

2 stages extend, 1 stage retract, Clevis mount ports in-line with slot

●                      Pneumatic foot operator feed
